Acropolis' Greek-Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 cloves of fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or paprika
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 3 ounces feta cheese
Directions
  • Disjoint fresh chicken wings and discard the tips. Rinse and pat dry.
  • Prepare the marinade and add the chicken wings to the sauce, coat the wings well.
  • Cover and refrigerate the wings in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • Pre-heat oven to 375.
  • Remove the wings from the sauce and bake on a sheet pan for about an hour.
  • Sprinkle and toss cayenne pepper or paprika onto the wings. (optional)
  • The wings should be spread out and not touching one another.
  • About 1/2 hour into baking, flip the wings to help crispiness.
  • When chicken wings are cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle fresh parsley and feta on top for garnish.
