Acropolis' Greek-Style Chicken Wings
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings
Marinade
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 cloves of fresh chopped garlic
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
Garnish
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or paprika
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
3 ounces feta cheese
Directions
Disjoint fresh chicken wings and discard the tips. Rinse and pat dry.
Prepare the marinade and add the chicken wings to the sauce, coat the wings well.
Cover and refrigerate the wings in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Remove the wings from the sauce and bake on a sheet pan for about an hour.
Sprinkle and toss cayenne pepper or paprika onto the wings. (optional)
The wings should be spread out and not touching one another.
About 1/2 hour into baking, flip the wings to help crispiness.
When chicken wings are cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle fresh parsley and feta on top for garnish.
