8 sized Red Potatoes
2 Green Onions
Handful of Fresh Dill
Parssley?
Salt and ground pepper
1/2 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Fill a large pot with water and to a boil.
Wash and halve your potatoes and cook until fork-tender.
In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice.
Add the dressing to the saladand mix well.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
