Baked Seafood Casserole
Ingredients
1 small onion, minced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup minced celery
1 pound crabmeat (canned or frozen)
1 cup cooked shrimp, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs or Ritz crackers
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350˚f
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Pour mixture into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish, one that fits a chafing dish or individual scalloped shells.
Top mixture with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes.
