Ingredients
- 400g water
- 4g yeast
- 320g all purpose flour
- 320g 00 flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
- in a large bowl combine water and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- add flour and mix until combined
- add oil and mix another 10 seconds
- cover and let rest for 1 hour
- knead for 1-2 minutes.
- cover and put in fridge over night.
- split into balls, slightly flatten and let raise for another hour
- spread with your hands into the shape you want, do not use a rolling pin
