Trahana Soup
Ingredients
Olive Oil
Water
Tarhana
Feta cheese
Directions
In a sauce pan, heat 2 to 3 Tbsp. of olive oil until warm.
Add one demitasse size cup filled with tarhana. One cup per person.
Lightly sauté the tarhana, stirring constantly. Do not brown
Add the water and simmer for approximately 10 minutes until the broth begins to thicken.
Stir constantly, as the mixture thickens it will stick to the bottom of the pan.
Serve with chunks of feta cheese.
