Ingredients
- Cucumber
- Fage 5% full fat yogurt
- 3 T Olive Oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- peel cucumber
- cut in half and remove seeds from middle
- puree cloves of garlic in food processor
- cut cucumber into chunks and add to food processor
- lightly pulse to break cucumber into small chunks
- place in colander to strain
- mix in yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper
